Enjoying the annual Memorial Day Parade. Maybe Luke will be marching next year.

At the carnival, I'm worried for today's youth. At least mine are the youth of tomorrow. #theyrebetterthanthatanyway

Out of the rain, and into a warm bar for cold beer(s). I cant think of a better way to catch up with an old friend

Forget a quiet car, the #LIRR needs a bar car... for the morning commute.

Focus on the positive: Luke tagging my office.

Said during the #stanleycup playoff game: trouble in the nose area. Would that be his face?

Four miles, twice my body weight in calories, sleeping two plus hours later, and getting rid of a headache: what a morning.

I've got it: they have to move the island. #greysanatomy

I've loved these days. At the park with the kids.

Having fun, enjoying Mother's Day, just like Jenny likes: outside, on the water, with the family and large beers.

The Blues could be the best team in the NHL (only 2 seed in West), but besides Yankee fans who's not rooting for the #8 Kings? #stanleycup

Waiting for #Avengerst, I leaned two things: no need to pre-order tickets when the theater's 1/2 empty and Luke loves #Reese's Pieces

So much for that, another happy hour alone. Unless, I can use the #Simpsons reference and count the Lord, then I'm not drinking alone.

Off to meet my sister for (belated) birthday drinks.

Great, productive night: dinner out and playground with the kids; finished another Star Wars movie; fixed two bugs on my web site and watched Casablanca again while drinking some homemade beer.

For my entry for Father of the Year: I'm eating at the bar at Outback with the kids.

I'm alone either way, but there's something about emptiness of the gym on a Friday morning that I enjoy more.

The opposite of the sexism on Mad Men is Kindergarten orientation: they're not talking to me, more around me.

I feel like I ran a race, without getting to the gym. My reward: the early train, on time.

So, as Luke and I are racing to the barber shop last night, by the time I got home and before they close, I thought to myself: I can't text while driving but I can eat a sloppy, greasy Taco Bell mess?
